Delete your EagleScope Pro account

You can initiate deletion without reinstalling the mobile app. Sign in on the web, open Settings, and use Request Account Deletion. Type DELETE to verify the request.

What is deleted

Your EagleScope user account, personal profile and user-linked content are included. Project and company records may also belong to an employer or other company workspace; those business records remain under that organization's control and are de-identified from your deleted user where required.

Timing and cancellation

A verified request is scheduled for completion within 30 days. You may cancel while the request remains in Requested status. Records required for fraud prevention, security, tax, warranty, insurance or other legal obligations may be retained only for the applicable period.

Before requesting deletion

Export anything you are authorized to retain and allow queued mobile field data to finish syncing. Deletion cannot restore project access after the account is removed.
