EagleScope Pro Terms of Service

These terms govern access to EagleScope Pro, a construction intelligence platform operated by Golden Eagle and Associates. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms on behalf of yourself and, when applicable, the organization you represent.

Accounts and authorized use

You must provide accurate account information, protect your credentials, and use the service only for lawful professional purposes. Organization administrators are responsible for inviting users and assigning appropriate access.

Project content

You retain ownership of photos, plans, estimates, documents, and other project content you are authorized to upload. You grant Golden Eagle and Associates the limited permission necessary to store, process, and display that content to operate and secure the service.

Professional review

EagleScope Pro assists with documentation, measurements, scopes, pricing workflows, and project decisions. Outputs may contain assumptions or errors and do not replace site verification, licensed professional judgment, code review, engineering, legal advice, or an independent estimate. Users remain responsible for final work products and decisions.

Pricing and third-party information

Pricing can vary by market, date, conditions, supplier, labor availability, and project requirements. Third-party data is subject to its provider's license and availability. A displayed price is not a bid, guarantee, or promise of project cost.

Service availability

Features may change as the platform advances through controlled release. We may suspend access when required for security, maintenance, misuse prevention, legal compliance, or nonpayment under an applicable commercial agreement.

Acceptable use

You may not gain unauthorized access, interfere with the service, upload unlawful or malicious content, violate privacy or intellectual-property rights, or use the platform to misrepresent inspections, measurements, credentials, or project conditions.

Disclaimers and limitation

The service is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. Golden Eagle and Associates does not warrant that every output will be error-free or suitable for every project. Liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law and any controlling written commercial agreement.

Termination and deletion

You may stop using the service and request account deletion through the published workflow. Organization-owned records may remain under that organization's control, subject to contractual and legal retention requirements.
