EagleScope Pro Privacy Policy

EagleScope Pro is operated by Golden Eagle and Associates. It provides construction estimating, field documentation, project coordination and property-capture tools for authorized company workspaces.

Information we process

We process account identifiers such as an email address and user ID; company and project records; estimates, checklists and other content you create; and photos or files you choose to upload. The mobile app may temporarily keep unsynchronized photos and checklist items in its private device storage.

How information is used

Information is used to authenticate users, operate tenant-scoped project features, synchronize approved field data, provide support, secure the service and meet legal obligations. EagleScope Pro does not use this information for third-party advertising and does not sell personal information.

Storage and sharing

Production application data is stored with contracted infrastructure providers used to deliver EagleScope Pro, including Supabase and Vercel. Access is limited by authenticated company workspace and least-privilege controls. We disclose information only to service providers acting for us, when a user directs us to, or when required by law.

Retention and deletion

We retain information while an account is active and as needed for the service, security, contractual or legal obligations. An authenticated user can initiate account deletion from Settings in the web or mobile app. A verified request is scheduled for completion within 30 days unless records must be retained by law; retained records remain isolated and are deleted when that obligation ends.

Your choices

You can choose what project content and capture media to provide, remove unsynchronized mobile content by clearing the app's storage, and request account deletion. Company administrators may control business records that belong to their organization.
